Offprint art book fair is set to return to the Turbine Hall of the Tate Modern gallery this May. Held between the 17th and 19th of May, Offprint is one of the largest events of its kind in the UK and is completely free to attend.

Beneficial Shock! magazine is set to launch their brand issue 8 this November with an event at Rova Editions. The film and illustration Magazine will host the event to celebrate their ‘Awe and Wonder’ issue on the 21st of November.

Emergence Magazine is the work of the Kalliopeia Foundation, a non-profit organisation whose work ties into the living Earth and responds to a “global need” - to “take spiritual as well as physical responsibility for our common home.” This mission underpins their latest exhibition with their Emergence Magazine - ‘Shifting Landscapes’.

Rova Editions to host ‘Left in Print’ inaugural event this October
ristol based magazine and book shop Rova Editions are set to host their inaugural event this October. Named ‘Left in Print’, the event will be “a discussion of print media and its relationship with progressive ideas, underrepresented voices and political narratives,” Rova’s Instagram notes. The event on the 10th of October is already sold out at time of writing, but make sure to follow their socials for news about any potential future events.

Sonsoles print studio’s ‘Save Our Studio’ Crowdfunder campaign nearing target
Peckham based print studio Sonsoles are currently running a crowdfunding campaign to combat the threat of closure this year. Hosted on Crowdfunder, the ‘Save Our Studio’ campaign is active now until the 29th of September 2023 and includes a range of prizes worth up to £600 via a raffle, amongst other goodies.

Circus Journal’s journey of gleeful rebellion comes to a close
Circus Journal has announced their closure after five years and 24 issues. The journal itself focuses on style, creativity and community in the South-West of the UK, and has had an overall print run of 119,000 copies, according to their post on Instagram. Their latest publication - the Midsummer issue, was released in June and is now noted to be their last.

Offprint London returned this past weekend with their seventh edition. Held at the Tate Modern in London, Offprint hosted a huge range of book and magazine publishers in the large, multi-purpose Turbine Hall.

Noble Rot unveils tenth anniversary birthday issue
In February of this year independent magazine Noble Rot celebrated its tenth anniversary as a magazine. The award-winning restaurant-turn-magazine launched its birthday issue on the 24th with Editor Dan Keeling celebrating its arrival on Instagram.

The Posthumanist magazine explores the universal theme of sleep in debut issue
Launched in the September of this year, The Posthumanist is a “magazine for more-than-human art, design, technology and writing,” as is written on the cover with a small asterisk denoting the line. The multi-lingual publication is the brainchild of Editor-in-chief Anna Nolda Nagele, and features both English and German split content throughout.
