Solomiya magazine announces new Berlin festival Solomiya Studio
Artist-run independent magazine Solomiya (‘soлomiya’) has announced their brand new festival Solomiya Studio. To be held at KVOST in Berlin, Germany between 5th of February to the 19th of February 2025, the new initiative aims to shed light on the dynamic and distinctive mix of discourses that Solomiya is known for.

Overleaf Year in Review: 2024 Edition
It’s been another huge year for independent print from across the globe and Overleaf has continued to play a small part within the community. In 2024 we saw a lot of new, inventive titles pop-up, whilst established titles launched “best of” collections that celebrate the amazing work across issues. We also saw some titles leave us, including Where The Leaves Fall and Total Film (TF is non-independent but deserves a nod).

Kickstarter launched for mini zine This Creative Life – A Brand Seasons® Paper
A Kickstarter has launched for a brand new mini zine - ‘This Creative Life - A Brand Seasons® Paper’. Created by Sarah Robertson of These Are The Days - a branding studio based in the Scottish Borders, the campaign also includes Brand Seasons® Playdeck, a card deck with 48 prompts and practices to “help businesses and creatives craft a brand that feels like home,” the campaign notes.

Weird Walk Editions release new zine Cromlech
Weird Walk Editions have expanded their zine titles in recent years. The popular imprint has seen the likes of Magic Circle, Leyline, Ritual and Peasant released as zine titles. Their latest, Cromlech, is a new undertaking that is “a deep dive into The Devil’s Den, our favourite ancient monument,” they note on the webshop.

Sankaku magazine volume two transports us into the busy world of ramen
Sankaku is not your average print magazine. Created by Florentyna Leow and David Wang, sankaku aims to explore a theme per volume - stories that began in the heart of Japan with first volume ‘Tokyo’. Offprint art book fair is set to return to the Turbine Hall of the Tate Modern gallery this May. Held between the 17th and 19th of May, Offprint is one of the largest events of its kind in the UK and is completely free to attend.

NOIA announce issue three release party in Milan
NOIA magazine has announced their official release party, held this May in Milan, Italy. To be held on the 15th May, NOIA will be hosting the party at Lom Dopolavoro, a vibrant bar and restaurant in the heart of the city.
