Offprint London sees thousands attend seventh edition at Tate Modern

Offprint London returned this past weekend with their seventh edition. Held at the Tate Modern in London, Offprint hosted a huge range of book and magazine publishers in the large, multi-purpose Turbine Hall. From Friday 12th to Sunday 14th May, the free event saw 22,600 people flock to the hall to pick up fresh copies of their titles new and old. Produced by LUMA Arles and Tate, it’s a great chance to discover new and exciting magazines from across the world of publishing, but also meet the makers behind the titles.

Included across the three days were talks and signings from various publishers and authors. Emergence Magazine’s Art Director Maurits Wouters and Carsten Pölking of Studio Airport jointly held a talk on Saturday, with other events including art book publisher MÖREL holding a live book-making station. From the magazine world, titles such as It’s Freezing in LA, Roots to Fruits, Foam magazine, Emergence magazine and Synchron magazine all held tables at the event, to name a few.

Offprint returns this Winter to Paris from the 9th to the 12th November 2023.
