Heiter magazine to host issue two online fundraising event ‘Heiter November’

Heiter magazine is set to host ’Heiter November’, a free online fundraising event on Zoom where attendees can win a host of prizes whilst enjoying an afternoon of creativity and a preview of Heiter’s upcoming issue 2, ’Homecoming’, set to launch in January 2024.

Heiter focuses on an ethos of joy as its creator Katharina Geissler-Evans notes. ”Heiter is a magazine that is all about helping you find and celebrate joyful moments in daily life. The changing seasons, community, sustainable fashion and conscious living are just a few of the things that make me heiter (that’s German for cheerful); what makes you heiter?” Heiter issue one, ’New Beginnings’ explores how to live in a better world – featuring curated interviews, nature photography, essays, recipes, poetry and a short story, to name a few. It’s available to purchase on their website here, or via one of their many global stockists.

With issue 2 just around the corner, Heiter’s ’Homecoming’ issue needs your support. ’Heiter November’ is an online Zoom event to fundraise for the issue, but also aims to enrich and spark joy through a range of activities, spread across two hours. Held on the 26th of November, ’Heiter November’ also includes a range of prizes to be won for attendees who support the magazine during the event – including a full year of Heiter print subscription, Heiter Society level 1 and 2 membership (more details on this here), a single advert in an upcoming issue (worth €1,000), but also a huge range of external prizes. These include: A family photo shoot in Edinburgh with Studio Gently, a gift set worth €60 from Sagitta, a gift set including Greta and Maria tableaus from Luizzo, a candle of your choice from EVOQUA Conscious Living, a €125 gift voucher from sustainable activewear brand INASKA, luxurious cashmere socks from Bramble Green, childrens headbands & €10 vouchers from VERDONNA, an art print & cards from Dear Prudence Studio, a pack of sustainable fine art cards and postcards from Tamzin Merivale, stationary from Sue Rapley Art, the 10 session meditation series “Deep Winter to Spring” with Josephine Dolan-Duford, “Align Your Time”, a 60min 1:1 Life Coaching Session with Michele Akester-Marsh and a coaching session with Saorsa Psychology.

With such a large range of activities and prizes on offer, Heiter’s Winter fundraiser is set to be one you can’t miss out on. The event is completely free, and you can register your interest here.
